This national retail client wanted to 'hand the keys over' to their franchisees by providing a self-service option for their corporate marketing initiatives, allowing store owners the ability to easily elect which corporate marketing programs they would like for their customers to receive. Giving control of the corporate marketing team and their franchisees 24 hours a day and utilizing the technology stack they already had, this new marketing portal allowed the corporate marketing team to easily provide their campaign calendar and provided the ability for store owners to view and print emails. But why stop at email marketing campaigns?

Enhancements to the portal included the ability for store owners to easily update store hours for holidays as well as any unexpected events that can occur when having a store front. All of this gave corporate marketing and their franchisees time back in their days to focus on other business priorities and let the technology do the work for them on their schedule, not a timeline.
